At the moment, our divions are set randomly by Yahoo! However, there was a poll last year where the league indicated a desire to move to static divisions instead. Let's determine what the divisions will be for this year before the draft (not that it will change draft strategy). 

First, let's take a poll to determine how we will divide the divisions. If we elect to move toward static, we'll create a new poll with the proposals for the method so we can decide as a league. 

Yahoo! seems to account for team strength in an attempt to keep the divisions from being unbalanced (it alternates based on points for the prior year with an ABBA pattern). We can easily set that up if we would rather move toward static divisions.
